Public Relations Strategies As Factors Responsible For Efficient Personnel Management
ABSTRACT
This work sought to examine the evident of the truth of falsity that public relations strategies are veritable instruments for the actualization of maximum potentials of employee. It identified the crucial role of human resources in the working of an organization, especially against the backdrop of expected level of efficiency being equal to the anticipated organizational objective. These major components of research problems gave rise to four research questions. Data was generated through the questionnaire used in the field survey to provide solutions to the problems arising from the issues that are contended in this study. The responses were measured and presented in tables as percentages. The essence of calculating percentage response in the presentation and analysis is to enable relative comparison as to which view or opinion is most dominant in the opinion divide. It was recommended that special forum devoid of official outlines should be designed where staff research. could relate interact and exchange useful ideas in more relaxed atmosphere with their line managers and colleagues on a wide range of issues.
