Challenges Of Enforcement Of Environmental Laws In Nigeria
ABSTRACT
The environmental laws in Nigeria and its enforcement have remained problematic to the extent that the management of the environment and its regulations has been confronted with difficulties, although success has been recorded. Thus, it is necessary also to stress that the desire and quest for resources control by the Niger Delta states is attributive to lack of proper enforcement of the environmental protection legislations.
